- The K-Track KRT500 longitudinal displacement unit is made up of a robust welded steel construction on which 2 precision linear guides and 1 rack are mounted. The carriage is driven by a 2.0 kW Kawasaki servo motor, which is integrated as the 7th axis in the robot controller. The servo motor is brushless and has an 17-bit absolute encoder.

- The longitudinal displacement can be extended with modules of 2m or 1m.
The linear track optionally can be equipped with:

- 8-pin signal cable
- Ø 8 mm pneumatic hose
- Ø 8 mm gas hose
- 32A 3-phase power cable
- 75 mm2 welding ground cable
The cable outlets are located at the end
of the cable guide.
