Ce urmeaz\u0103 \u0219i ce vor \u00eensemna aceste schimb\u0103ri \u00een practic\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen 2027 vor intra \u00een vigoare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulamentul UE privind ma\u0219inile 2023\/1230,<\/li>\n<li>Regulamentul european privind rezilien\u021ba cibernetic\u0103 (Cyber Resilience Act \u2013 CRA),<\/li>\n<li>noua versiune a standardului ISO 10218:2025 referitor la sistemele robotizate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pentru exactitate, trebuie men\u021bionat c\u0103 unele dintre prevederile cuprinse \u00een aceste documente vor intra \u00een vigoare mai devreme, \u00een cadrul perioadelor de tranzi\u021bie.<\/p>\n<h1>Noul Regulament privind ma\u0219inile<\/h1>\n<p>Regulamentul privind ma\u0219inile (UE) 2023\/1230 este principalul act legislativ al Uniunii Europene care con\u021bine dispozi\u021bii ce definesc modul \u00een care trebuie proiectate, fabricate \u0219i introduse pe pia\u021b\u0103 toate tipurile de ma\u0219ini \u0219i echipamente.
