V\u0103 rug\u0103m s\u0103 re\u021bine\u021bi c\u0103 aceast\u0103 op\u021biune este principal\u0103 pentru toate celelalte module. Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta? Zona de rota\u021bie a primei axe, indicat\u0103 de semicercul mare, este limitat\u0103 \u0219i robotul poate lucra doar \u00een unghiul verde. Zona de rota\u021bie a axei a \u0219asea, marcat\u0103 cu prin cercul mic, arat\u0103 c\u0103 robotul poate func\u021biona la un unghi maxim de 180 de grade. Cu Cubic-S, fiecare ax\u0103 poate fi configurat\u0103 individual f\u0103r\u0103 a mai fi necesar\u0103 utilizarea opritoarelor mecanice.<\/p>\n<h2>Cubic-S: func\u021bie de monitorizare a vitezei<\/h2>\n<p>Cu aceast\u0103 op\u021biune pute\u021bi verifica viteza robotului \u00een raport cu TCP (Punctul Central al Instrumentului). Cubic-S: func\u021bie de monitorizare a opririi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Un bun exemplu este simularea sta\u021biei robotice, a\u0219a cum se arat\u0103 \u00een figur\u0103. \u00cen momentul schimb\u0103rii piesei de prelucrat, c\u00e2nd operatorul intr\u0103 \u00een zona de lucru a robotului, adic\u0103 traverseaz\u0103 cortina luminoas\u0103, modulul Cubic-S monitorizeaz\u0103 dac\u0103 robotul \u00eencepe s\u0103 se mi\u0219te &#8211; iar dac\u0103 da, modulul opre\u0219te robotul.<\/p>\n<h2>Cubic-S: func\u021bie de monitorizare a orient\u0103rii instrumentului<\/h2>\n<p>Prin utilizarea acestei op\u021biuni este posibil s\u0103 verifica\u021bi orientarea instrumentului. Un bun exemplu este un instrument montat pentru t\u0103iere cu jet de ap\u0103 sau sudare cu laser, oriunde opera\u021bia necesit\u0103 un fascicul de un anumit mediu.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 unghiul permis de deplasare al instrumentului este dep\u0103\u0219it, robotul este adus la oprirea de urgen\u021b\u0103. Pot fi definite cinci intervale de orientare a instrumentului. Prin urmare, este necesar s\u0103 limita\u021bi unghiul, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t instrumentul s\u0103 nu se mi\u0219te \u00een afara c\u00e2mpului definit \u00een raport cu sistemul de coordonate al instrumentului.<\/p>\n<p>Imaginile prezint\u0103 forma zonei definite \u0219i monitorizarea de c\u0103tre Cubic-S (conul verde) a fluxului\/fasciculului (s\u0103geata albastr\u0103).
