Production meets high-quality requirements<\/h1>\n
Forgings for cars and trucks are characterised by high volume production and high-quality requirements. The production process is based almost exclusively on forging press technology. For most products, defectoscopic testing is required. In addition, the company ensures that environmental and energy requirements are met – it has an integrated management system according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.<\/p>\n
Only the know-how of long-term employees and advanced technologies can meet the challenge of repeated high quality and production efficiency.<\/p>\n
Forging processes need to meets the high quality requirements<\/p>\n
“We have very advanced know-how in the hot forging process and a fantastic team of robotics and automation engineers. To ensure continuity in production, 75 people work in the maintenance department (more than 700 in the entire company). We robotize those processes in which it is possible to increase people’s safety by altering their task e.g. from operating a press to supervising the operation of a robotised press<\/em>” – says \u0141ukasz B\u0119benek, Automation Department Manager, Deputy Manager of the Maintenance Department in Ku\u017ania Polska.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
